Your email address is only used to contact you in case we have a question, and to confirm to you that your ad has been submitted successfully.

Once your ad is submitted, we will give it a basic check to make sure there is a price in the ad. If a price is not appropriate in your ad (for example, a wanted ad, or a lost and found) then check the following box.

Rules

You must be an E-Club Member to run an ad in the Trader. For membership verification, the extension and the clock number of the E-Club member responsible for the ad should be included with the ad. The name of the E-Club member responsible for the ad must be listed in the ad along with the price for each product and a phone number. Please, submit all ads through this form. The deadline for placing an ad is 12 noon the Friday prior to the week of publication.

To ensure fair representation of all members: Please limit ads to three (3) ads per week. Each ad my contain up to 40 words (ALL CAPITALS NOT PERMITTED), including the name and phone number (email & website addresses not permitted); the same ad can only be run three (3) consecutive weeks, and must be resubmitted each week. The E-Club Board has the right to edit or refuse any ad.
